REQUIREMENTS: High school seniors who attend one of the high schools in Wheatland Electric’s service territory are eligible to apply. In addition, applicants must be a legal dependent of an active member receiving service from Wheatland Electric.

The topic which you choose is part of the judging criteria. For example, someone who is passionate about chewing gum will not likely get as many votes as someone who is passionate about finding a cure for cancer.
