Payment Arrangement

Wheatland Electric understands that sometimes life gets tough and it's a struggle to stay current on your bills. Especially if you are hard hit with legal or medical troubles, or a bad season, we can help you get back on your feet with a Payment Arrangement.

How it works:

  • Available to residential customers only.

  • Budget accounts are not eligible for Payment Arrangements.

  • Payment Arrangements offered only to members with no outstanding payment plans and who have paid deposit in full (if required).

  • Payment Arrangements for past due accounts cannot exceed 6 months and cannot extend beyond October 4th of any given year.

  • 25% of the outstanding balance due is payable upon Payment Plan inception. Remaining balance will be proportionately applied to remaining Payment Plan term.

Member must complete and sign Payment Arrangement agreement in person at any Wheatland district office.  Click here for Wheatland office locations.

Members who do not adhere to the Cold Weather Accommodation rules are not eligible for payment arrangements at the conclusion of the cold weather period.  Their entire outstanding balance is due and payable prior to reconnection if service is disconnected.

*Payment Arrangement Accounts are not eligible for Bank Draft payment option.

*Internet Service Payment Arrangements must be made separately with the Broadband Internet Office.

Acuerdo de Pago

Wheatland Electric comprende que a veces la vida se pone difícil y es difícil mantenerse al corriente con sus facturas. Especialmente si ha tenido que cubrir gastos fuertes legales o médicos, o una mala temporada, podemos ayudarle a ponerse de pie con pagos diferidos.

Como Trabaja esto:

  • Disponible solo para clientes residenciales.

  • Cuentas presupuestales no son elegibles para arreglos de pago.

  • Arreglos de pago son solo para miembros sin planes de pago pendientes y que han pagado su depósito en totalidad (si es necesario)

  • Arreglos de pagos en cuentas pendientes no pueden pasar más de 6 meses y no pueden extenderse más allá del 4 de Octubre de ningún año.

  • El 25% del el saldo pendiente se requiere de inmediato al inicio de el Plan de Pago. El saldo restante se aplicara proporcionalmente al resto del término de plan de pago.

Miembros deberán de completar y firmar un Acuerdo de pagos en persona en cualquier oficina local de Wheatland Electric. 

Los miembros que no cumplan con las normas de Acomodación de tiempo de frio no serán elegibles para los arreglos de pago al finalizar el periodo de tiempo frio. Su saldo total se tiene que pagar por completo antes de ser reconectado si el servicio se desconecta.

  • Cuentas con planes de pagos no son elegibles para la opción de retiro de banco automático.
